Thinking about ordering a cake? Lovely! Whether it’s for a birthday, a special gathering, or just because chocolate cake makes everything better — I like to keep the process simple, personal, and enjoyable from the start.

Step 1: Fill in the Cake Order Form

Just head to the cake ordering page and pop your details into the form — things like the date you need the cake, how many people it’s for, and any ideas you already have. Don’t worry if it’s all a bit vague at this stage — it’s just a starting point!

Step 2: I’ll Be in Touch

Once I’ve read through your form, I’ll get in touch to chat through everything. We’ll go over the size you need (based on how many guests you're feeding), flavours, decorations, and any little extras you have in mind. It’s all very relaxed — we’ll shape the cake together.

Step 3: A Sketch Just for You

To help you picture what your cake will look like, I’ll create a quick sketch of the design. You’ll be able to see exactly what’s planned, and we can tweak anything if needed. This step is all about making sure you’re completely happy before I get baking.

Step 4: Final Details Sorted

Once we’ve agreed on the design, size, and flavours, I’ll confirm the collection date and time with you. That’s when the countdown begins — and the oven gets fired up!

Step 5: Collect Your Cake in Cheltenham

On the day we’ve agreed, your cake will be ready and waiting for you to collect from Cheltenham. It’ll be carefully boxed and fresh from the kitchen — just as we planned.
